To participate in the campaign, you must follow the following rules:

2. If the results are not satisfactory after the first application, contact Pro Hairmony via WhatsApp to clarify the steps for the next use and schedule your consultation with our specialists.

3. Complete at least two applications within a 30-day period, monitored by a Pro Hairmony specialist. If you still don't see any results after our monitoring, we will proceed with the next steps for a refund.

4. Return shipping costs, if you received free shipping, will be the customer's responsibility.

5. The refund will be issued within 10 days of confirmation of the return.

6. The guarantee is valid for purchases of any product.
